Dear Community,
Here to ask. From my understanding the limit of API requests to an external Web service system its set to 900 API per minute (via Data Action on Genesys Cloud), we estimate that our project can get as high as 8000 data action requests per minute. There is a thread in another forum (https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/api-limits-when-using-a-data-action/7272) that presents a way to overcome API request limits by generating a service.
We want to confirm if the solution (presented above on the other thread) is in any way viable to overcome the data action request limit. If not can you suggest us any other way we can solve this limitation,

Hi Michael,
We are in the process of adding more flexibility into our Data Action rate limits. Please open up a ticket with Customer Care so we can discuss your use case.

Hi Jason, Thanks for your quick response. It is a large project covering multiple markets with a Telecom provider. This is why we have that many simultaneous Data Actions requests. I will coordinate with the internal team and open a Case with your Customer Care Department,
