I am looking to extrapolate some data for an associate that is having some "trouble" meeting adherence and conformance numbers. But I am having some trouble figuring out how to manipulate the data. The question is what number formatting is Agent Status exported in?

I cannot seem to figure out what formula to use to get these numbers into a D:HH:MM:SS or HH:MM:SS format. Any help would be appreciated.
