Am I correct in my assumption that if I change the name of a field in a Data Table within the UI, the underying schema value for that field retains the orginal name? It doesn't appear you can change that schema name within the API either. So you may end up with the schema name and title for a field both being quite different.

    Hello,

That's correct. The property name remains the same. Only the label (title) is changed. See Notes in Create a Data Table: After you save the data table, you cannot delete a custom field. You must either create a duplicate table with the fields and rows you want to keep, or simply ignore the field in the original data table. After you create a data table, you cannot change the API value of custom fields. You can only change the labels.

    Regards,

Hmmm thanks Jerome, not sure how I missed seeing that unless some of that data table article has changed since I last looked at it maybe a year or so ago :) I was hoping maybe there was a way to change it within the API but my assumption is that's to stop any change breaking published flows etc that might already be using it.
