    Hello ,

    I am working of the data tables within pure cloud and i have designed a Architect flow which should collect the CLI of the caller and welcome the caller by name.

    in the input for the data look up i have used the string builder to use call.ani which refers to the phone column of my table.

       
     

    when i call the flow it is not able to recognize the number.

    When i use a txt entry for the input field and add the number statically the flow works as designed.

    any help is much appreciated.

    Call.Ani probably doesn't look the way you think it does.  For example it probably looks something like "tel:+13175550116".  Use the ToPhoneNumber expression and then pull off the property that matches what you actually have as the key in your data table.  For example ToPhoneNumber(Call.Ani).e164 would return just "+13175550116" or ToPhoneNumber(Call.Ani).subscriberNumber would return just "3175550116"
