Hi all,
we are having problems with our integration with aws lambda. Some services have returned an error many times. In the service log, we were unable to find lambda requests. Is there a report on purecloud that can help us identify any errors in dataactions?

seeing the same issue - APSE region. 10 test calls consistently results in between 2 and 4 failures. We cannot see the request hitting the AWS API GW. We have added participant data just prior to the data action being called, to show the values being sent and can capture this via the API. Genesys support said that there is a 400 error and the data must be invalid in some way, however we have tested using the same data for each of the 10 test calls and for some it works and others it doesn't. I have taken the data from a failed request and submitted it as test data under the test tab for the data action definition and it works fine. I don't see any way to identify the error, other than raise a request with Genesys support. Keen to know if you find out more.
