  • 1.  Database data changes

    Our Customer reports that aggregated data changes over time in Genesys Cloud. Typically data like f.ex ASA will change after some time(24 - 36 hours), probably it is related to interactions beeing ended - but is there a time when we can expect the time to be fixed - ie. not changed anymore. Any experiences ?
