    Hi all,

    We're attempting to debug failures with Salesforce Data Actions specific to Inbound Call flows. I'm finding that the output variables we set on the Data Action call in the Common Module we use are not being written to Set Participant Data in the next step in the flow. When I look at the documentation, it has this little tidbit, which I'm deciphering as "Genesys only supports this crucial debugging mechanism in Digital flows". Am I correct there? the only other recourse we have is writing all the input data to Set Participant Data, so we can at least copy/paste those values into the Data Action > Test page.

    Hi Paul,

    Your description of the current situation is accurate. Unfortunately, detailed failure information currently does not make it back to call flows. Your proposed solution is one of your better options right now.
