    Good day,

    Can someone please highlight how i can get my outbound dialer campaign to route via a specific trunk? 

    I have 4 trunks and need to limit specifically the outbound campaigns max calls setups per second, my trunks are set 40/5 but i would like to dedicate 1 trunk just for the dialer/campaign traffic.

    Please can you advise if this is possible and where would i be able to set this.

    If you use Predictive campaigns, you can choose to dial based on an Edge group or Site.  I prefer the Site.  I can then create a site specifically for outbound campaigns and then put whatever trunk I want in the Outbound Routes for that Site.   This allows me to change that trunk depending on where I am dialing or for the numbers I am sending out.
