    Dear Community

    Is anyone else being asked by users to be able to have a default queue for making calls on behalf of queue? https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/place-a-call-on-behalf-of-a-queue/

    Yes.  Usually  I make one called 1_Personal for them to use.   The selection should keep what they chose before as well

    @Robert Wakefield-Carl I'm not sure which interface you are using, but the Web UI and the Desktop App do not preserve the last queue selected. You have to start typing the name and select from the list that comes up. Same for the Chrome and Firefox extensions.

    I know our Interaction Sync adding preserves the queue and I thought the Chrome Plugin does as well.  If Genesys can't,  then all the better reason to have the 1_Personal queue for dialing.

    Hello @Blair Wilkinson,

    If you're using PureCloud for Chrome extension, you can avoid typing the name of queue on every outgoing call.

    To do so, please follow these steps :

    - Open PureCloud for Chrome extension
    - Click Menu
    - Select More 
    - Select Settings
    - Select Queue
    - Check Remember the last selected queue

    I went ahead and merged the two ideas.

    We are having a discussion around how the functionality could/should work, feel free to chime in!
