You said that the system message is set 'for now'. Does this mean that this will change?
We would like to change the system messages or have the option turn them off or create our own. Especially since we use the Dutch version of Genesys Cloud and the translation from American/English to Dutch is not in line with how we communicate with our customers.

Hi - that system message is fixed for now, and meant to provide an informative hint to End-User, rather than a Welcome Message.
For the purpose of greeting End-User with a Welcome Message, I'd recommend using the Architect's Send Response action in your inbound message flow (also supports markdown-like syntax), or via Bot Flows for more sophisticated messages. You could also consider defining your greeting message via Canned Responses (and import via Architect's Get Response action).

I've been working with web messaging for a while and can't seem to figure this portion out:

Is there a way to change this message or is it hardcoded? I know realistically I can set in the messenger configuration to "Automatically Start Conversations" and then whatever the initial greeting in the digital bot flow will automatically be sent whether it be a communication, digital menu, etc.
I'm also assuming that it can be done by building our own messenger UI via the headless SDK. Short of the above solution or this, is there any other way to change that message?
