We have had a couple of instances lately where conversations aren't on the interactions page, but a few days later the interaction shows up.
This was first brought to my attention on 12/18/23. We had a conversation between a customer and agent happen on 12/15/23 that needed to be reviewed but there was no interaction showing for us to listen to. On 12/20/23 when I checked again, this interaction was there.
I was curious if anyone else has been experiencing this or knows the cause behind this. Is there a specific date where servers may update and pass on any "Stuck" interactions?
