Hi all,
Also placed as ticket, hoping that one of you have a solution / what must I check in network etc:
Urgent; Within a short time we are going to switch to PureCloud. The test team has noticed a major problem with SIP phones (Aastra, Mitel, Grand etc).
If the user place a call with the use of PureCloud the SIP phone react directly.
If the user use the SIP phone to dial the number there is a delay of 3-7 seconds before PureCloud dials the number.
What is the reason of delay? What can we do about it?

This is definitely a good question for Support. It's not an API/customization issue, so there's not much to discuss here.
