Hi,
i'm trying to create the following use case:
- call is routed to PureCloud IVR
- call is offered to agent
- only after the agent accepts via the interface, PSTN is routed
However, I noticed the PSTN stream is immediately offered, even before accepting it in the interface
Is this normal behaviour? Is the use case above feasible?

I don't think there's any APIs or customizations that deal with this. This is probably a better question for the Community Forum or a support ticket.
