Hello, is there any possible way to delete only attachments from interaction? I couldn't find any related topic to this question.

What is the media type, an email, a message? What's the use case for deleting the attachment? Do you want to delete it before the agent handles it, or while the agent is handling it? Any specific details you can provide would help us to try to answer your question.
