Hello,
Thank you, Paul.
This solution seems interesting; I will conduct some tests.
Best regards,

An alternate route would be to use the trigger concept Robert mentioned and add an entry into a DNC table via API (DNC must be assigned to each campaign). That would prevent further calls to that number without having to mine all the contact lists and attempt to update records.
DNC records can be permanent or configured with an expiration date.

True if you are mixing contacts amongst several list. Then you would need a way to know what campaigns where the contact is used.

Hello, thanks for answering.
This solution would be quite complicated, since you would have to control the person who is calling in the different contact lists and that number could be in one of the 10 phone fields that we have in the contact list. Once the contactid of that client is located, you would have to execute another data action to remove it from the X list in question.
It's a somewhat convoluted and complicated solution, would there be a simpler way?

I would create a trigger that looks for that inbound queue or queues and have a workflow to look for the wrap-up code on the conversation. You can then run a data action to look for the contact in the contact lists and then mark as not callable. You will need several data actions to accomplish this and you will probably have to have all calls for those queues go through the workflow, so check for the wrap-up right up front and let all other calls exit out of the workflow.

Hello,
I am going to explain a use case and my need, to see if someone has already implemented this solution or if not, explain what options there would be.
I have N active outbound campaigns.
I have Inbound calls.
What I need is, if a client calls me on an Inbound call and this call has a certain WrapUp, search for the contact in the different contact lists and delete it/mark it as uncallable and thus avoid calling it unnecessarily.
Any idea how to do it?
Thank you.
