Hello Team,
I need to delete email interaction from 2022, I cannont do that from Genesys Cloud UI, so my question , do we have any API that can help me to do that? I tried to search but with no luck.

There is no such thing as deleting a conversation. Once a conversation exists, it exists literally forever via analytics data. If you just meant disconnect, refer to the conversations disconnect endpoint: POST /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/disconnect. As the description states, you need to open a case with Genesys Cloud Care for investigation if you're in a situation where you need to use this endpoint.
