Hi Bryan,
whilst the 'policy' cannot delete calls already recorded, you can delete calls manually.
- Performance > Interactions
- locate the call that needs to be deleted
- Recording Information > Edit > Delete Date (press the +)
- enter in the date to delete the call > save

When can I expect to see the recordings I've created a policy for deleted? Is there a time of day they do this? Silly question but I can't find anything on it and my recordings I want deleted are still there. Thanks in advance.
