  • 1.  Deleted Evaluation Form Data

    If an evaluation form is deleted, what happens to the historical data tied to it; is it also deleted?

    If so, is there a way to disable the evaluation form to keep evaluators from selecting it, but maintain the historical data?

    Hi Nicki,

    If by historical data you meant any evaluations that were created using that evaluation form then they are preserved and not deleted.

    @Herrick Mai Thank you for the response. If the evaluation form is deleted, and the completed evaluations using this form remain, how can we filter for all completed evaluations that used this form?

    Hi Herrick,

    I'm also interested in knowing if/how we can filter by Evaluation results per Eval form?

    This thread did answer my question about deleting evaluation forms though, it'd be great if the content in the resource centre could be updated te detail that the evaluation data will be retained.
