    Dear Team ,

    We are facing an issue with deleted user , their names are not appearing on reports .

    we know that we can recover people . its not recommended all the time recover the those people and generate the reports .

    because reports are generated by business users and technical people once deleted the user other won't be aware about it


    as we are generating historical report  ,it is very needed and required  what ever agent is created from the day one the report should be available .

    You didn't mention the reports, but if they are agent focused then deleting an agent causes them to be excluded from historical data. 

    In my last organization, we inactivated all users rather than deleting, and then at the beginning of the year, we deleted inactivated users with the exception of those inactivated in December, the previous month.

    How do active, inactive, and deleted users affect reports and performance views?

    Only active agents appear on agent-based views, such as the Agents Performance views. For agent-based reports, such as the Interaction Details report, you can select only active agents when you create a new report. However, if you already selected an inactive or deleted agent on a report while the agent was still active, then that agent still appears on the report when it runs.
