Dears,
One of our customer is requesting to delete abandoned calls with specific dates, because there was an issue from Genesys side at that time.
I have been looking through APIs, but I could not find any.
Anyone who aware how we can remove these abandoned so it will not affect the reports?

Hello,
At this time, It is not possible to remove conversations from the system. All conversations remain available in Conversations API and Analytics API.
