    From genesys webchat-integration point- Is there a way to find out if the webchat session has been closed (by user) or terminated and based on that if terminated/closed, not to display the web-chat widget.

    Hi,

    I checked with our Web Chat team and we currently do not support any kind of event or callback that would indicate the webchat has been closed by the agent. If you believe this should be a new feature, I would recommend you open an Idea ticket on our idea portal.
