GetConversationRecordingmetadata returns the recordings for the conversation, but there is no real meta data included (such as recording length), etc. Is there a way to get the recording length without having to request the entire file and then analyze the download?
I have looked in the recording API and can't seem to find the right function to call.

The response to GET /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordingmetadata should contain a startTime and endTime property, which would allow you to calculate the duration of the recording without downloading it. However, I'm not seeing this data populated for recordings in my org. If you're seeing the same, I'd open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate why the API isn't returning that data.

I am seeing the same, thanks for the confirm. I thought it was odd that the meta data wouldn't include this basic information. I will open a ticket and escalate as it is causing some major issues. (I can't possibly retrieve each recording to check length in any realistic time frame).
