I don't think that we have anything in the UI that you could quickly see if someone was using the Media Helper. I was looking in the API Explorer and I found this
https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer-standalone#get-api-v2-users--userId--station
That is the closest that I could find via API, but it does not report if my station is using Media Helper.
If you want to make an enhancement request for Genesys Cloud, Genesys encourages you to register your request through the Product Ideas Lab.
To Access the Product Ideas Lab and add your idea:
- Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network.
- On the Product Ideas Lab section, click Browse and Submit Ideas.
- From the Product Ideas Lab, click Add a Product Idea.

Is there anyway to determine if a user is or was logged into the WebRTC Media Helper in the UI or from APIs?
I understand we can require users to use the WebRTC Media Helper, but this isn't what we are looking to do.
