You're correct that we don't currently have a report for this. It's definitely on our radar, given the similar work outlined by Sam above. I'm afraid I don't have any timeframes to share at the moment, but I'd expect we'll offer an API solution first, followed by access in the user interface further down the road.
If you have any specific questions, insights, or use cases you'd like to share, I'd be happy to take them back to the team as we continue to enhance our feature set.

If you mean questions from assessments in the learning modules, then no, not as far as I am aware, but I imagine the work involved to get this will be similar to the quality idea mentioned and perhaps it is upcoming? I don't recall seeing a separate idea for this one, but it would be great if someone can clarify as this would be really useful.

Is there any way to get detailed information on failed questions in an assessments?
In other words, is there a way to generate a report that shows which specific questions in the assessment an agent failed, so that targeted coaching or briefing can be initiated on those topics?
The reporting shows the score and some other info, but there is not reporting view nor API to get such detailed info about successful or failed answers..
