The Learning documents actually use the general Genesys Cloud document capabilities 'under the hood'
If you go to Documents and the Workspace used for these documents, you're able to delete them from there:
To that end, a good practice would be to set up a 'Workspace' in Documents which is accessible by e.g. the Training team, and have documents used for modules added there. That way everyone has permissions to see the documents when creating/editing modules, the documents are ring fenced only for the training team and you have one place to go to manage those documents.
When adding a new document via Learning, you can choose to add the document to that shared workspace

We are still very 'green' in using the Learning modules. I have uploaded a document that now has outdated information. How do I delete this document? I don't want it being brought up as a reference which would lead the agent to have inaccurate information.
I am thinking maybe there is a permissions that needs to be added but I couldn't find it in the knowledge resource- Hoping someone here can help
