Genesys Cloud - Main

We just moved to PureCloud 3 and are starting to use the Development and Performance module. I have a few questions:
1. If creating an assessment that has free-text, how do you grade that free text? 
2. When creating an assessment, how do you see each individual's answers?
3. Is there a way to set up notifications to the admins or the managers when a module has been completed by their employee?
4. Is there the ability to do multi-select and not just multiple choice in the assessments?
5. Any way to copy an assessment like you can copy an evaluation?
6. How do you see the "grade" for each person as they complete a module/assessment?

You don't - it is just free text for commenting about the module.

I think you can only see scores, not individual answers.  I added this idea:  Add ability to see individual answers for | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

Not really.  You just have to view the Development tab.  Again, here is an idea:  Alert for completed assessments | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

4. Is there the ability to do multi-select and not just multiple choice in the assessments?
Not sure the use case for this and how you would score it.  Usually, assessments don't have more than one answer to allow for easy reporting and review.  

5. Any way to copy an assessment like you can copy an evaluation?
Not at present, but good idea:  Copy Assessment to use with another | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

6. How do you see the "grade" for each person as they complete a module/assessment?
That is done in the Development Tab in the Agent Performance overview or detail views.  You can show the following columns:

Assigned	The number of users the module is assigned to.
Completed	The number of users who completed the module.
Percentage Passed	The percentage of users who passed the module.
Average Score	The average user score for the specific module.
