    Is it possible to create a number plan assigning a unique Site Code (3-digits) to each site and then assign 4-digits extensions to staff/phones?
    This would hopefully allow for 4-digit dialing internal to the site and require 7-digit to dial to another site.

    Hello Lisa, 

    I mean in theory it should work. I think it would be best to review this and this documentation. I have personally never seen this done and would love to know what the results of your testing are.
