  • 1.  Dialer Campaign Success Results by Day report

    I am running this report on a campaign that uses virtual agents. When the report populates it gives me the number of dials however the Contacts and Abandons all come back as zero's.  Is there a different report that I should be running for agent-less campaigns or should this report be working differently? Thank you.

    Matt,

    What reports are you using?  If you want to see how each dial is on the campaign, use the Performance>Interactions and then filter for campaign in the Outbound section.  Actually, you can filter like that for Agents and Queues.  Let me know if you need help with this.
