Hello there,
I want to trigger some actions just after a call analysis end as ANSWER MACHINE or BUSY on Campaings Call Attempt. Should I go through Notifications?

I believe you should get real-time updates on the calls if you subscribe to queue conversation notifications for the appropriate queue.
