A few months ago, I asked about when Dialogflow CX would be available in Genesys Cloud, and you said that around December 2020.
Are there any news about this integration?

Hi Adrian,
We have suffered some setbacks as Google has not provided any way to do barge-in. We aim to have it released at the end of Q3.
