Hi, yes this is the screen. The users will be working on a laptop and all was ok until yesterday and it has only happened to about 15 now. Changing the zoon of the tab to 80% brings it back.

Is this the screen below? I haven't had that issue and to make it disappear off the screen I need to increase to 300% on the browser zoom? What size screen are your agents using? What is the scaling setting set to on the display settings in Windows. I've experienced Windows setting it to 150% scale by default, but going down to 125 or 100% might help here. I'm on 27 inch screens with 100% scaling using chrome.

Today i have had 10 plus users report the at the dial button on the Webrtc phone dialpad was not there. There appears to have been a change to the size of the dialpad box and the button disappeared out of the viewable area. Changing the tab zoom to 80% is working ok as a workaround for now.
Anyone else getting this?
