    When calling from the cloud if the number to be called is defined as DID number call is being treated internally. Is there a setting to avoid this?

    Nothing I've seen Dario.  What's your use case for wanting to avoid this?  If you test calling from within Genesys Cloud, you'll end up tromboning out and in which in itself can cause some issues.
