    Genesys Cloud CX-Integrations can easily connect to external systems, receive additional customer data, and assign them to script variables using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.

    How does it work? Flows are set up in Architect and customer-specific identifiers are sent to an external CRM (Customer-Relationship-Management) system. Additional customer-specific information (ie. account balance, contact information, etc.) are surfaced to the agent's interface. Agents no longer waste precious time searching for relevant data – it's all in the script in an easy-to-understand format.
