Hi everyone,
I got a problem with the name of a column returned by the API of genesys. When I'm in the database in genesys, the name of this column is "exemple1", when I load this column with the API, this column name is "example2". I wanted to know if anyone has a solution to this recurring problem.
thank you for your time, Regards,
Roland

It's probably best to open a case with Care for this one, since we can't investigate customer-facing data on this forum.

Is this for a data table? When a display name of a column is changed on a data table, the API name does not change - this is simply how Genesys chose to design things, correcting this was seen as a 'feature request' when I opened a ticket some time ago. The fix is to create a new data table - and get the names right on the first go, and then do the rest via API with the new table.
