On https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/analytics/metrics.html the description of tAcd and tWait are the same and my limited testing returns the same values. Is there a difference between these two stats? Is there a scenario that one covers that the other doesn't? Thanks, Kevin

They're the same value. Both have to be kept for historical reasons
