    Hi,

    if I get a notification for an inbound call, there are two different normalization in the call parts: <img src="//inin-prod-use1-developerforum.s3.amazonaws.com/original/1X/8797fbb9c1100de6c4ed3be027fec5bca39b7ab5.PNG" width="334" height="500">

    The addressNormalized field from the external participant is like tel: +00000000000 This field in my users participant is like: sip: +0000000000@0.0.0.0;user=phone Why is there the addressNormalized like the addressRaw?

    This is likely due to the configuration of the Number Plans in your org. If there are no entries that match the raw number, the normalized number will be the same as the raw number.
