  • 1.  Digital Bot Flow forms fillup instead of asking multiple times?

    Wanted to get an idea if anyone has a working solution. I am new to the Genesys world. Trying to learn as much as I can.

    I have to ask customers about their Full Name, Login ID, Customer ID, Store ID, Date of Birth, Phone number, etc at the initial stage on the digital bot before it goes to ACD.

    I see, for every ask, I need to create a slot and ask one information at a time. (not sure if there is any other quicker way of doing that)

    I am looking for some kind of a form fill up on the bot itself, so customers can enter their details all at once, instead of asking questions one after another. That looks ridiculous when we are talking about AI and automation. That process consumes lot of time.

    Hello,

    You would need to build a custom form where the customer enters all the details that is shown before you start web messaging..

    After that you can send the information as attributes to web messaging when it's started.

    Simply put you would have your own chat button which first shows the form, and when the form is submitted you can start web messaging through the Javascript SDK.
