Hello,
We are using the digital bot flow and try to solve for the following scenario. We collect the customer email and use it to create a case. In the instance the customer enters random input, the case creation would fail because the field value is not recognized as an email.
Is there a way to configure the digital bot flow in a way that if the string is an email it accepts the value? and if the string is not recognized as an email, we would then set the value to null?
