Hi Everyone,
We're transitioning to a Digital bot for our chat support. Initially, users are greeted with a welcome message prompting them to briefly describe how we can assist them. We've also integrated a Knowledge base into the bot, prioritizing the Knowledge path if there's overlap. However, I'm encountering difficulty in modifying the flow to prompt users to describe their needs, then seamlessly transition to relevant Knowledge articles. If users aren't satisfied with the response, the options menu should be displayed. I've explored various approaches, but the limitations of the Digital bot's flow make it challenging. Has anyone else encountered similar issues?
