Good day, I am trying to extract sentiment analysis for chat and email interactions. When I try with /api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/conversations/{conversationId} I get a 404 and when I try to get something with /api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/conversations/{conversationId}/communications/{communicationId}/transcripturl I end up getting 404 as well and tried all chat Id of the conversation as the communication Id.
How can chat and email sentiment analysis be extracted today? I know it is not available in the UI for digital media yet but the documentation seems to hint that it is there for chat and email.

Thanks Ronan, am afraid that's not the same question. I know how to get the communicationId and sentiment analysis for the calls but can't get the sentiment analysis for chat or email working. Have you managed to get sentiment analysis for chat and email using /api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/conversations/{conversationId} ?

I guess I have found the answer that the sentiment analysis API for digital media is not ready yet and expected mid coming April
