  • 1.  Disable Genesys cloud collaborate chat between divisions

    Good morning,
    I want to ask if someone knows if there is the possibility to disable Genesys PureCloud Collaborate chat between 2 different divisions in the same org. 
    So, I mean for example if there is a setting, a permission or something like this that can disable the possibility to start a chat between 2 users (one from division X and one from division Y). 
    Thank you in advance to all people that will help me with this trouble.

    Chat is not currently division aware, so no, you cannot limit that.  There is a way to turn off chat altogether.
