When using a Genesys Cloud progressive campaign, there typically would not be any preview calls. If though you use a pre-call rule to Switch a contact to a Preview call, how can you control whether these specific preview calls can be skipped and the auto dialing rules (with specific time) which you can set on a preview campaign?
One thought I had was to update the campaign configuration through the API even though the settings aren't present in the UI when a campaign is set as Progressive. Would that work?
