I was double checking our documentation and I don't believe there is a way to disable DTMF. If this is something that you would like to see incorporated in the platform, Genesys encourages you to register your request through the Product Ideas Lab.
To Access the Product Ideas Lab and add your idea:
- Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network.
- On the Product Ideas Lab section, click Browse and Submit Ideas.
- From the Product Ideas Lab, click Add a Product Idea.
You can also view and vote for existing ideas.

We'd like to explore the possibility of disabling the DTMF option for a specific BOT voice flow. The requirement is for the system to accept only voice utterances from users-without fallback or support for DTMF input.
We've reviewed the BOT flow configuration options but did not find any relevant settings related to this requirement.
