We are running into a situation that I was hoping someone could assist in resolving. Recently, we've noticed what sounds like agents taking calls in what sounds like public spaces. In doing a little digging and testing, we believe that people have figured out about the Collaborate app and are taking calls via their mobile devices instead of at computers in the security of their homes.
Is there a way to disable access to collaborate to eliminate this from being a possibility at all?
