  • 1.  Disabling wrap up code on consult/conference

    Hi, 

    a question came up from a client. Is it possible to remove wrap up code entry  when an agent completes a transfer from a consult or conference.  

    In my mind I would simply just add a wrap up code "consult - transfer" .  But was wondering if anyone has had that question before.

    Hello Simon,

    I believe you should be able to set the Wrap-up Code in a flow using the Transfer to ACD function.

    We have no "default" you can define, but great idea:  Allow default Wrap-up by Queue | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal

    As you found out, each agent involved in a conversation has to enter their own wrap-up code which is different from the System Wrap-up that can be assigned in the flow.
