I am experiencing an issue with the Genesys Cloud Embedded Framework where the "Disconnect" button is disabled when handling callback interactions.
- I can pick up the callback interaction, but the "Disconnect" button is not enabled.
- I’ve reviewed permissions and configuration settings but haven’t found a solution yet.
Do I need to adjust settings in the configuration, or are there specific permissions required in Genesys Cloud to enable this functionality? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Sathya The disconnect button should be available in a connected interaction. You should create a care ticket to support this please/ Thanks Thomas
