We have several custom attributes that get set on a conversation as part of the Purecloud workflow. These attributes contain identifying information about our customers. We would like to show one or more of these variables or even the UUI header when viewing an interaction (Performance > Interactions > Interaction) to help with the auditing process.
Is there a way to display custom attributes on an interaction details page? Can the interaction details page be modified? Even adding an external hyperlink with a conversation id as a parameter would be helpful as we could then do the api lookups to get the data we need to our auditors on our end.
