    Hi,

    We have a campaign with a calling list. We would like to retrieve some informations from the contact list (about a contact) to display in the script. How can we implement this ? With API or Data action ?

    Hi Zach,

    You would need to use a data action to call our platform API. The main thing you have to watch out for is that data actions are associated with a client credential grant. You have to make sure that you are not going to do more than 300 calls per minute on that client credential grant or you run the risk of being rate limited by our public API.
