Displays the name of the department/city in addition to the country on an incoming call

  • 1.  Displays the name of the department/city in addition to the country on an incoming call

    Good day everyone,

    During the inbound call, I would to know how to display the name of the department/city in addition to the country. 

    Somes weeks ago, these accurates of calls location (number, name/city/department) are visibles. But know, there is only the name of the country.

    Any ideas about this questions ?

    I am guessing your default site or the one your trunks come into has changed the dial plan and it is not recognizing your numbers as US National numbers.  Check that.  You can create a new site and compare the default dial plan with what you have.
