Genesys Cloud - Main

Good day everyone,

During the inbound call, I would to know how to display the name of the department/city in addition to the country. 

Somes weeks ago, these accurates of calls location (number, name/city/department) are visibles. But know, there is only the name of the country.

Any ideas about this questions ?

I am guessing your default site or the one your trunks come into has changed the dial plan and it is not recognizing your numbers as US National numbers.  Check that.  You can create a new site and compare the default dial plan with what you have.

Thank you for your feedback. No changes have been made internally. But I've seen the same behaviour for other organisations, even those on Genesys Cloud Voice. After checking, the problem is linked to the operator upstream of Genesys and not on Genesys.

That could be, especially for foreign country numbers and how they are formatted as well as handled.  Placing the PAI on the trunk should only help in these cases.
